C. R. Warnick started writing and creating stories back when she was skinning her knee on the playground and getting into (not too much) trouble with her brothers and neighborhood friends.

Like so many authors before her, she can attribute her ideas to dreams. She can clearly remember waking up one morning after a particularly interesting dream and immediately beginning work on the story that would become her world: Operation Elite.

Since then, C. R. Warnick has graduated with a B.A. in Communications and an M.S. in Psychology and continues to write away, delving into the thoughts and emotions of characters in unusual and trying circumstances.

When she’s not writing, she’s most likely practicing BJJ, composing music, or has escaped somewhere into the mountains.
